We might run into the following scenario when try to re-create the DBFS_DG diskgroup, and the diskgroup is dismounted due to missing disks.
SQL> drop diskgroup DBFS_DG force including contents;
drop diskgroup DBFS_DG force including contents
* ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15039: diskgroup not dropped
ORA-15276: ASM diskgroup DBFS_DG has cluster voting files
And the attempt to move the voting files to an available diskgroup would fail as well.
bash-4.1$ /u01/app/188.8.131.52/grid/bin/crsctl replace votedisk +RECO_DG

CRS-4000: Command Add failed, or completed with errors.
