Symptoms
Selecting from SYS.RESOURCE_VIEW or XDB.XDB$RESOURCE fails with the following error:
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
Selecting from SYS.DBA_NETWORK_ACLS also fails with the error below:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qmxqtmChkXQAtomMapSQL:2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
XDB is valid and there are no invalid objects for SYS or XDB.
