SAC7 Abend Encountered by the OSDI Net Service (Doc ID 1575358.1)

Symptoms

An SAC7-000E0002 abend occurs in the OSDI Net Service, and a dump is generated with the title 'COMPON=SUPCNTL-WEB RECOVERY,COMPID=SC1C5,ISSUER=IEAVEDSR'
Examining the generated dump using IPCS reveals the following:

1) The abend is recorded as occurring at either location IEAVESPN+06A4, or EAVESPN+06B2.
2) The SYSTRAC contains a sequence of abends such as:

SVCE    D at IEAVESPN+06A4 for SAC7-000E0002
RCVY  FRR at IEAVESPN+C50
RCVY  FRR at IEAVESPR+00
RCVY RTRY at IEAVEDSR+2A

or:

SVCE    D at IEAVESPN+06B2 for SAC7-000E0002
RCVY  FRR at IEAVESPN +CEC
RCVY  FRR at IEAVESPR+00
RCVY RTRY at IEAVEDSR+2A
