Does Moving a Compressed Table to an Encrypted Tablespace Decompress and Re-compress the Table? (Doc ID 1578154.1)

Goal

Question:

You have a table with basic compression that you want to move to a non-compressed, encrypted tablespace, and you want the table to remain compressed.  You are using the following SQL to accomplish this:

alter table <table_name> move tablespace <encrypted_tablespace>;

You are wondering about the space needed to accomplish this.   Will the table be uncompressed, encrypted, and then re-compressed?
