Symptoms
Expired incident package files (from incpkg directory) are not automatically purged whereas the associated incident files are.
They should be purged since they are subject of SHORTP_POLICY retention policy as per Oracle documentation and <Note 975448.1> - Which Files Are Part Of SHORTP_POLICY And LONGP_POLICY In ADR?
