Symptoms

ComputeNode YUM update fails with the following error

 [ERROR] The command dmidecode -s system-product-name failed; please check its output.
The system might need an ILOM reset and/or a system reboot.
Error in PREIN scriptlet in rpm package exadata-sun-computenode-11.2.3.2.1.130302-1.x86_64
error: %pre(exadata-sun-computenode-11.2.3.2.1.130302-1.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping exadata-sun-computenode-11.2.3.2.1.130302-1



Changes

 Could happen with 11.2.3.1.1 or 11.2.3.2.1
