Symptoms

A direct load into many partitions fails with error ORA-04030 (klcliti:kghds,kllcqgf:kllsltba):

Create table bugtable partition by range(BSNSS_UNIT_ID)
interval(100)
subpartition by hash(PYMNT_SPNSR_ID)
subpartitions 32
(partition p0 values less than (438947)) nologging as
Select * from scott.bsnss_acfs;
