CNS-9026 Wrong Username or Password When Syncing

You have installed an Oracle Lite Client which initially worked fine but now when Syncing you receive the error:
CNS-9026 Wrong Username or Password
You are using the correct Username and Password.
You modified the Client OS time to a time which is behind the Mobile Server time.
