Symptoms

During datapump import you get similar errors:

OW_CREATED_BY" VARCHAR2(20 BYTE), "ROW_CREATED_DATETIME" TIMESTAMP (6), "ROW_CHANGED_BY" VARCHAR2(20 BYTE),
ORA-39083: Object type TABLE:"DT_TEMP"."DDS_MARKET" failed to create with error:
ORA-02261: such unique or primary key already exists in the table
