Symptoms

On Windows 64-bit systems, when checking the active files as prerequisite before applying the Windows bundle patch for 11.2.0.3, the following command always fails.

<Patch_Download_loc>\14223718>%ORACLE_HOME%\OPatch\opatch prereq CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables -ph .\
