Symptoms

 

An application query is failing with the following errors:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kcfis_dump_app_state()+1401] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2AFB2A871EC0] [PC:0x6F42417] [Address not mapped to object] []~ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KCFIS_DECREMENT_CACHED_SESSIONS_1]

ORA-4030 may also be reported.

 

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 68656 bytes (kxs-heap-w,P:KCFIS ReqList)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KCFIS_DECR_OVERHEADMEM_LEN_1] , [46528], [68632]
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 68656 bytes (kxs-heap-w,P:KCFIS ReqList)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KCFIS_DECREMENT_CACHED_SESSIONS_1

The call stack in the trace file written by the error may include all or some of the following functions:
