Goal
How to Avoid ORA-20 and Allow SYS/SYSTEM Connection using logon trigger to limit the connections below the processes parameter value
So this can be used as a workaround to avoid ora-20 and allow 10 connections for SYS/SYSTEM users to diagnose and solve ORA-00020 errors.
If there is a concern on using the logon triggers for this purpose, then please follow the Note 825045.1, Note 1287854.1 and consider Note 601605.1
