When adding a service using srvctl that starts with a number the following error occurs:
srvctl add service -d w583pr -s 1cir_p -r w583pr1,w583pr2
PRCD-1223 : The service name 1cir_p contains illegal characters 1
The service does register with the listener, if added to the database using 'alter system set service_names= 1cir_p'
Service "1cir_p" has 1 instance(s).
Instance "w583pr1", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
Where are the restrictions documented on having a number as the leading character in naming a service.
