On : 12.1.1 version, AUTO UPGRADE ISSUES

When attempting to Upgrade application from 11.10.5.2 to 12.1.1
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade application from 11.10.5.2 to 12.1.1 and while applying patch 6678700.
