Unable to Set the Enable Pull, Frequency, and Retry Count Device Client Management Options on Android (Doc ID 1587565.1)

When attempting to go into the Device Client Management Options to set the enable pull, frequency, and retry count, the options are not available and only the options to enter a proxy server exist.
