Symptoms

Table update is returning errors:

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x4A03B64, __intel_new_memcpy()+2180] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/trace/<instname>_ora_5476.trc (incident=113487):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [__intel_new_memcpy()+2180] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x4A03B64] [Address not mapped to object] []
Incident details in: <diagnostic_dest>/diag/rdbms/<dbname>/<instname>/incident/incdir_113487/<instname>_ora_5476_i113487.trc

 The stack trace written to the trace file includes some or all of the following functions:

In this case, the field 'kxsbbbfp' in the current cursor information written to the trace file was null:
