Symptoms

DataPump Import (IMPDP) fails with:

ORA-31644: unable to position to block number 192 in dump file "/home/ibp/export/dp_orclprod_ibp_oracle_20130926_190122.dmp"
ORA-19501: read error on file "/home/ibp/export/dp_orclprod_ibp_oracle_20130926_190122.dmp", block number 288 (block size=4096)
ORA-27072: File I/O error
Linux-x86_64 Error: 116: Stale NFS file handle
