log files with the file name structure sprvmcli_-<8 digit number>
In Windows platforms mainly in Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
The Agent upload directory contains lots of log files with the file name structure sprvmcli_-<8 digit number>.log, which are kept indefinetely. Command execution produces a sprvmcli_<id>.log trace file every couple of minutes, leading to hundreds of thousands of files in below directory:
- In Database Control --> DatabaseHome>\<hostname_dbname>\sysman\emd\upload
- In Grid Control --> <AgentHome>\agent11g\<hostname>\sysman\emd\upload
- In Cloud Control --> <CloudAgent>\agent_inst\sysman\emd\upload
- Plus in some copies in \windows\temp
