How To Restart the AVDF Job Framework (Doc ID 1592181.1)

Goal

There are cases when the AV Server is not executing the various jobs that are started via the AV Console. All the jobs that are spawned have the status "Starting".   The note explains how to restart the job framework to solve these issues.

Message: SQL Exception occurred while establishing connection to AVS database. Unable to connect to AVS Database.
Cause: Network is down or Audit Vault Server Database is down
Action: Java framework will try to re-connect automatically in 16 seconds.
