Symptoms
Parsing XML fails with the following errors:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [LpxMemTerm()+60] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x26B9382] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] []
ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00007: unexpected end-of-file encountered
