Launching of DBCA , NETCA , DBUA fails with error " Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError " (Doc ID 1595431.1)

Unable to launch the  DBCA , NETCA ,DBUA in GUI mode reporting the below message in $ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/dbca/<DBNAME>/trace.log

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: <ORACLE_HOME>/jdk/jre/bin//motif21/libmawt.a (Could not load module <ORACLE_HOME>/jdk/jre/bin//motif21/libmawt.a.
Dependent module /usr/lib/libXm.a(shr_64.o) could not be loaded.
File /usr/lib/libXm.a is not an
archive or the file could not be read properly.
System error: Exec format error
