RDBPROD: SQL Developer 3.2.20.09 Does Not Show the Data tab If Using the Rdb Extension for SQL Developer (Doc ID 1595529.1)

Symptoms

When using the Rdb Extension for SQL Developer with SQL Developer version 2.1.1.64, there is a Data tab when exploring Tables or Views that can be used to show the content of the table or view. When using SQL Developer 3.2.20.09 or higher the Data tab in exploring Tables or Views has disappeared, and the following error message may appear in the logging page when starting SQL Developer:

 Upgrade SQL Developer to version 3 or higher
