Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

Datapump import process is generating the wrong sql, and it adds a  table owner on dba_synonyms when then the synonyms use a database link.

Source DB
Owner                Synonym Name      Table Owner    Table Name               DB_LINK
<owner>              INST_PRIMARY        "null"             INST_PRIMARY        <db_link>

Target DB after the impdp
Owner               Synonym Name      Table Owner    Table Name                DB_LINK
<owner>             INST_PRIMARY        "<owner>"     INST_PRIMARY        <db_link>
