Symptoms

 When attempting to perform a SELECT FOR UPDATE NOWAIT statement with no other active transactions locking the table row,

the following error happens:

ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

Changes

 Upgraded to 10.2.0.5 or later
