Instance crashed with internal error:
  ORA-600 [1433] [60]
signaled in DBWR process.

The stack trace includes:
... ksaamb ksasnd ksbasend kcbbdrv ksbabs ksbrdp ...

After applying Patch 12899768 the error was raised again in a different foreground process with messages:
  KSAAMB: fatal error out of msg blks after 60 sec timeout
23 DBRM 'do RM action in DBRM'
24 DBRM 'shutdown DBRM'
25 DBRM 'DBRM Timeout Actions'
26 DBRM 'RM running count check'
27 DBRM 'Check for MDBRM to LDBRM message'
28 DBRM 'Check for LDBRM to MDBRM message'
29 DBRM 'DBRM Active Session Limit Event'  <<<<<<<
30 DBRM 'Check queuing policy'
in trace file.
