Kerberos Connections using the Microsoft Native Cache "OSMSFT:" Fail with ORA-12641 (Doc ID 1599927.1)

Kerberos authenticated connections fail when using OSMSFT: as the OS_MEMORY value on a Windows client. An ORA-12641 error is seen at the client.
