Symptoms
Scenario: You may be using EBS 12.1.3 and doing OATM conversion, the error occurred is:
AW$<AW_NAME> ORA-14257: cannot move partition other than a Range, List, System, or Hash partition
The solution for this is in the following note:

But, when you are at step# 15, the following errors 'ORA-33270, ORA-33860, ORA-33860' may occur.
