After patching to the Grid Infrastructure home to 22.214.171.124.8GIPSU or upgrading to 126.96.36.199, the clusterware oraagent no longer set the local_listener during the instance startup, when listener_networks is set in spfile. And due to this, client connections may receive the TNS-12502 or TNS-12170.
Patch Grid Infrastructure home to 188.8.131.52.8GIPSU or higher.
Upgrade to 184.108.40.206.0
Exadata customers, please note 220.127.116.11.8GIPSU is included in 18.104.22.168 Exadata BP21.
