Why renaming Undo tablespace does not change undo_tablespace parameter in memory ? (Doc ID 1603692.1)

Goal

After rename undo tablesapce, undo_tablespace parameter still show the old name as follow :

SQL> show parameter undo_tablespace

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
undo_tablespace                      string      UNDOTBS1
SQL>
SQL>
SQL> alter tablespace UNDOTBS1 rename to NEW_UNDO;

Tablespace altered.

SQL>  show parameter undo_tablespace

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
undo_tablespace                      string      UNDOTBS1
