For 9i database, SMON_SCN_TIME is updated in an interval of 5 minutes, hence that is the minimum time that we need to wait before capturing SCN for flashback query after the timestamp of the first change to the table.
Here customer was waiting for more then 5 minutes before capturing the SCN but still as of scn flashback query was failing with ORA-01466.
It was working fine in development environment.
Shared pool was increased last week but query was running fine after that and started failing now.
