Symptoms

We have run sql catcpu.sql in Test instance as mentioned in the readme of Patch '12837860: CPUOCT2011 TRACKING BUG FOR APPLICATION SERVER 10.1.2.3 UNIX' as a part of

post patching steps.
After running this sql the following invalid objects got generated ( even after running utlrp.sql) in Test instance.
