Symptoms

1. The following ORA-00600 error is encountered:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [723], [101968], [102880], [memory leak], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

2. The trace file shows freeable memory chunks for allocation "qctxhdl_ksrpcxc" were leaked:
