Symptoms

Using Oracle 12c Pluggable Database performing a DataPump export you receive these errors:

ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39070: Unable to open the log file.
ORA-29283: invalid file operation
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 536
ORA-29283: invalid file operation

Or, when using the package DBMS_DATAPUMP:

ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 79
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_DATAPUMP", line 4056
