ORA-00600 error is seen while logging in to the database.This is seen with any non-SYS user connection.

sqlplus>conn test
ERROR:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kziaulslt: lid], [1821],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[]

Connections as SYS succeed without any issues.
