Symptoms
- after installing the CPU october 2013 (Patch 26), the package body "SYS.XDB_MIGRATESCHEMA" is invalid
- errors during the patch application:
- XDB is not installed in the database:
"Applying 11.2.0.3 Windows Patch Bundle 24 or 25 causes XDB_MIGRATESCHEMA to become invalid (Doc ID 1592638.1)"
