AVDF collector is not collecting audit records for MS SQL Server Database (Doc ID 1606758.1)

Audit Vault and Database Firewall version 12.1.1.1 is configured to collect audit records from an MS SQL server source database.

But audit records are no being collected and the audit trail remains in idle state.

The following error was observed in the logs :
