How to Convert a Normal Error Like ORA-20 or ORA-942 into an Incident or Problem Stored in the ADR Repositiory (Doc ID 1607904.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There are some errors that may be reported in the alert.log that are not collected as an incident or problem in the ADR repository, e.g. ORA-00020 or ORA-00942. Sometimes it could be interesting to convert such a normal error into an incident or problem in the ADR repository in order to monitor it via adrci or using EM/Database Control Tools.
