Trying to enable asynch IO and getting the following error while trying to run make:

[oracle@rural-nams] /u01/app/oracle/product/11203/nams/rdbms/lib> make -f async_on
make: *** No rule to make target `async_on'. Stop.


 Running "make" as shown above on an Oracle DBMS release 10.2 or later.
