ASM Disk Usage High on One Disk in External Redundancy Voting Diskgroup (Doc ID 1610467.1)

ASM disk usage in a OCR diskgorup is higher in one disk compare to other disks in PRODUCTION environment.

Even after rebalancing it did not changed.
