Symptoms
1. The following errors are being thrown in the alert.log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kpndbcon-svchpnotNULL]
2. The incident file will have the following function calls listed in the stack trace:
kpnconn <- npicon0 <- kpndbcon <- OCIKDBLinkConn2 <- OCIKDBLinkConn
Changes
It is likely that the tnsnames.ora file or connect string that is referenced by the origin database has been modified since the creation of the link.
