Symptoms

When importing via impdp into 12c (Release 1) when dumpfile is located on an NFS share location the following errors are returned:-


   [oracle@node1 ~]$ impdp pdbadmin/password1@node1-/racpdb PARFILE=/nfs/workload/imp_parfile

   Import: Release 12.1.0.1.0 - Production on Thu Dec 19 14:14:43 2013

   ORA-17503: ksfdopn:3 Failed to open file /nfs/workload/export01.dmp
   ORA-17500: ODM err:Operation not permitted
