Symptoms

Starting up a database using sqlplus fails with the following errors:

In addition, an external password store (ewallet.p12) and an auto-login wallet (cwallet.sso) have been created in the directory specified by WALLET_LOCATION. The wallet files were created with either mkstore or orapki.
