Symptoms
The following error is raised when trying to run the catcon.pl script that
is described at
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16655_01/server.121/e17636/cdb_admin.htm#ADMIN14073
Changes
The previous output is from a Windows environment but in essence the same for any type of Unix setup
catcon.pl is a Perl script that can be used to run any SQL commands or PL/SQL procedures in any number of Pluggable Databases.
The command was run from a directory that was not <ORACLE_HOME>/rdbms/admin
