User quota still exist on a dropped tablespace

SQL> select * from dba_ts_quotas;

TABLESPACE_NAME                USERNAME                            BYTES MAX_BYTES     BLOCKS MAX_BLOCKS DRO

TEST2                          SCOTT                                  0 5242880          0        640 YES

Changes

 user have dropped a tablespace before remove user quota from it
