Problem with a GI configuration (RAC or Oracle Restart / Standalone); ASM has issue to communicate with Database.
this causes a shutdown of the Database instance on one node.
On RDBMS alert, the communication message is causing instance to crash:
Errors in file /export/home/oracle/admin/BSCSPROD/bdump/ibscsprod1_asmb_28606.trc:
ORA-15064: Message 15064 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ORA
ORA-03113: Message 3113 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ORA

ASMB: terminating instance due to error 15064
On ASM side, session is not responsive and, then, killed:
WARNING: client [IBSCSPROD1:BSCSPROD] not responsive for 188s; state=0x1. killing pid 28608
Despite registered shortly after (once RDMBS restarts):
NOTE: client IBSCSPROD1:BSCSPROD registered, osid 25758, mbr 0x1
