Symptoms

Unable to alter the initrans for LOB index segments
No error is thrown, but INITRANS does not change and remains fixed at 2.

However, the dictionary query still shows ini_trans of 2 for the LOB_TEST lob index "SYS_IL0000082147C00005$$"
