ORA-21700 querying system.scheduler_program_args table on the destination 12c database (Doc ID 1617184.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.1 version, RDBMS

Querying system.scheduler_program_args table on the destination 12c database. it seems any time when query column "default_value" with any program_name like 'JDM_%', it gets failure with these errors.

ERROR:
ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete
ORA-06512: at "SYS.ANYDATA", line 174
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SCHEDULER", line 3583

 

 

or

During full export:

ORA-31693: Table data object "SYSTEM"."SCHEDULER_PROGRAM_ARGS" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEPOPULATE callout
ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete

Changes

 Export from 11.2.0.3 and import into 12c version of Oracle.
