Application VIP on second network missing after addnode (Doc ID 1617281.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When a new RAC node is added to the cluster, an existing application vip running on second network is not added.

The resource and listener resource running on second network are added to the new node. Only application vip is missing

The application vip must be added manually after the addnode procedure.


This prevents startup of listener on secondary network:



 New node was added to cluster.
