ASMCA Could Not Detect Running ASM Instance

Symptoms
On : 11.2.0.2 version
In Oracle Restart ASMCA cannot detect the running asm instance.
Although the asm instance is up and running.
$ ps -eaf | grep pmon
grid 9830 9698 0 11:03 pts/1 00:00:00 grep pmon
grid 28996 1 0 2013 ? 00:00:08 asm_pmon_+ASM
You can connect to asm instance using sqlplus as well as asmcmd.But when you start asmca it may ask to start the asm instance giving below errors
ASMCA detected an ASM instance with SID "+ASM" that is not running.
This instance needs to be running for ASMCA to configure it.
