Goal

A temporary solution for opening DB when getting the following Errors in file:

/u0NN/PROD/proddb/10.2.0/admin/PROD_XXXXX/bdump/prod_smon_28275.trc:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4194], [31], [47], [], [], [], [], []

Is to use the parameter _CORRUPTED_ROLLBACK_SEGMENTS.  Once this parameter is enabled the database and application works normally but the database and application both fail once the parameter is disabled inside pfile.

So, is it safe to continue to use parameter _CORRUPTED_ROLLBACK_SEGMENTS for a healthy database or fix the issue first and then continue ?
